Hi there!
I’m Erica Jai (pronounced “J”), your trusted real estate partner and a proud West Side Chicago native. Born and raised in the Windy City, my love for this community runs deep. My passion for real estate sparked back in middle school as I watched my dad and uncle masterfully balance property investments while leading busy lives. Those early lessons inspired me to build my own path in this industry, blending hard work with heart.
As a single mom to my incredible daughter, Erin, I’ve made it my mission to create beautiful, functional spaces where families can flourish. With a wealth of experience—managing over 300 units, negotiating vendor contracts, and tackling challenges like evictions—I bring both expertise and empathy to Jai Property Management. My goal is to deliver personalized service and lasting value for every owner, tenant, association, and investor I work with.
